Snapp Bags Wildeklawer Gear Giveaway – Official Terms & Conditions

2. Competition Period

  • Start Date: 19 May 2025, 00:00 GMT
  • End Date: 30 June 2025, 00:00 GMT

3. Eligibility

  • Open only to participants from schools that attended Wildeklawer 2025.
  • Entrants must be 13+ years old.
  • Geographic restriction: Only South African residents eligible. Prizes shipped to SA addresses only.
  • Exclusions: Employees of Snapp Bags, affiliates, or immediate family members may not enter.

4. How to Enter

To enter, participants must complete all of the following on Instagram:
1️⃣ Follow @snapp-bags.
2️⃣ Like the official competition post.
3️⃣ Comment tagging their school & 2 teammates (e.g., “Team [School Name] is ready! @teammate1 @teammate2”).
4️⃣ (Optional) Share the post to your Story (tagging @snapp-bags) for 1 additional entry.

5. Winner Selection & Announcement

  • Selection Method: 1 winner drawn randomly via Google Random Number Generator from eligible entries.
  • Draw Date: 1 July 2025.
  • Notification: Winner contacted via Instagram DM within 24 hours of the draw and tagged in a public post on @snapp-bags.
  • Claim Period: Winner must respond within 48 hours or forfeit the prize (alternate winner selected).

6. Prize Details

  • Prize: 1 × Snapp Pro Aqua Backpack + 1 × Snapp Pro Tog Bag.
  • Delivery: Prize shipped free via courier to a South African address (winner must provide valid details within 7 days of confirmation).
  • Timing: Delivered within 14 business days of address confirmation.
  • No cash alternative. Prizes are non-transferable.

7. General Terms

  • This competition is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Instagram or the Wildeklawer Tournament.
  • Participants release Instagram from all liability related to the competition.
  • Snapp Bags reserves the right to:
  • Disqualify fraudulent/bot entries.
  • Modify or cancel the competition if required (with notice).
  • Use winner’s name/publicity materials for promotional purposes.
  • By entering, participants agree to these T&Cs and Snapp Bags’ Privacy Policy.

8. Data Protection

  • Personal data collected (e.g., Instagram handles) will only be used for competition administration and deleted after 90 days.

9. Disputes

  • Snapp Bags’ decision on all matters is final. Governed by South African law.
